Therapists earn $13-$25/hr massage base pay + base commission + bonus commission + tips. Experienced therapists will earn a higher base pay. AMC also offers incentive commission bonuses up to 40% and guaranteed quarterly base commission raises of 5%/quarter up to 40%. Earn $80+/hr as you grow with us. AMC will also raise rates for continued growth.
